it's been quiet a journey so far and finally we can see a tiny light at the end of the tunnel. we have worked hard, believed strong and hoped for cure. i think we heading in the right direction ... flickr friday to hope!

"pain is the bitter potion by which the physician within you heals your sick self" a wise man (khalil gibran) once said and what a helping quote it has been for us ... lot's of pain moved into our life due to graft vs host disease and radiation burns. we are managing it and hoping for fast and full recovery. and yes your guessing right flickr friday is all about it ... pain!

flickr friday [blood]

we all fight our battles as they come and some of them leave us behind exhausted in need for more "life" inside of us. our battle is the post bone marrow transplant game which includes red blood cells transfusions [the lil guys that transport oxygen in our blood] and so as we sit here waiting [drip drip drip] for the blood to enter the veins, i decided to make flickr friday all about blood!

[bluhd] the fluid that circulates in the principal vascular system of human beings and other vertebrates, in humans consisting of plasma in which the red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets are suspended.
